AD-HOC ANNIVERSARY COMMITTEE:  The Anniversary Committee will handle celebrating Litchfield County Board of REALTORS, Inc. upcoming 75th anniversary.

ADFORDABLE HOUSING COMMITTEE:  The Affordable Housing Committee educates members and the public as to the available programs for affordable housing on both purchase and rentals, to seek additional funding from potential sources both public, private and corporate sponsorships. To disperse funds through agencies with Board approval.  2 year term

AUDIT COMMITTEE:  The Audit Committee reviews all items of the Treasury semi-annually. 3 year term

SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE: The Scholarship Committee ensures a qualified applicant receives the Scholarship known as the REALTORS^® Scholarship Grant.  2 year term

SUNSHINE :  Acknowledges past and present members of Litchfield County Board of REALTORS^®, Inc., during grave illness or at the time of death of the member or his or her immediate family.
