Litchfield County Board of REALTORS®, Inc. is a Service Center of the CTMLS MLS – The CTMLS was formed in 2006. What this means to you - you are one of approximately 12,645 brokers/agents inputting data into one central database. This database contains approximately 28, 833 listings. Once you put a listing into CTMLS it is seen by all 12,645 brokers/agents accessing and using the system. Therefore, it is no longer a need to belong to multiple MLS’.

Please keep in mind that this is an enormous amount of data and information, it is for brokers only and their authorized agents. It is of the utmost importance that you DO NOT give your authorization codes to any other party or individual!
