Litchfield County Board of REALTORS®, Inc. is a Service Center of CTMLS – CTMLS was formed in 2006. What this means to you - you are one of approximately 12,453 brokers/agents inputting data into one central database. This database contains approximately 33,879 listings. Once you put a listing into CTMLS it is seen by all 12,453 brokers/agents accessing and using the system. Therefore, it is no longer a need to belong to multiple MLS’.
